About
Maeve is a junior in LSA majoring in Human Origins, Biology and Behavior, as well as Asian Studies. In Summer 2024, she studied and interned abroad in Taipei, Taiwan with the CET Intensive Chinese program, where she practiced applying her Chinese language skills in a professional setting while exploring the region and reflecting on her experiences through writing. In Spring 2025, she participated in the GIEU Brazil program in São Paulo, working with a local nonprofit on service learning and community health initiatives. Through these opportunities, Maeve has developed a strong appreciation for solo travel, cross-cultural exchange, and the personal growth that comes with international experiences. She looks forward to continuing her travels and expanding her perspective on the world.
