Terrorist attacks are rare, but it is important to be prepared for them. Recommendations:
Enroll in STEP to receive alerts from the U.S. State Department
Be aware of surroundings in crowded, public places
During a terrorist event:
- Run to a safe location
- If running is not an option, shelter in place
- Wait for instructions on whether it is safe to leave your location
- Go to group’s designated meeting location once safe
