About
The Biophysics Club provides opportunities for undergraduate students to pursue academic-related activities in the field of Biophysics and related sciences. Our aim is to promote the pursuit of Biophysics and other STEM fields, diversify interactions within the scientific community, and connect fellow Biophysics students. Open to anyone interested in Biophysics, the club fosters an environment where individuals can meet others who share their interests and passions.
Our undergraduate Biophysics Club has been a Student Chapter of the Biophysical Society since 2018. Founded in 1958, the Biophysical Society leads the development and dissemination of knowledge in biophysics and boasts over 9,000 members worldwide, including those in academia, industry, and government agencies.
Activities & Events
We hold weekly or biweekly meetings to discuss research in the field and share experiences with Biophysics. Throughout the year, our activities include a mix of social, service, and professional development events. These gatherings provide a great opportunity for students to learn more about what Biophysics has to offer both personally and globally.
