Welcome (Back) to Campus
The Center for Global and Intercultural Study, known around campus simply as “CGIS” (see-jihs), provides undergraduate students from diverse academic backgrounds a wide variety of global engagement and learning opportunities around the world.
CGIS currently offers more than 100 programs in 45 countries around the globe. CGIS programming features semester-long study abroad options, 3–10 week programs during spring and summer, and academic- and calendar-year programs.
To learn more about studying abroad with CGIS, come to one of our daily First Step sessions. Significant scholarships are available for students participating in CGIS programs, so do not let financial concerns keep you from pursuing an amazing global experience.
