About
Jim Hoppes received his bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Michigan, and his master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Eastern Michigan University. He has supported students on campus since 2014 at Student Life, assisting with the implementation of events, programs, and oversight of student organizations at the University of Michigan. Jim is excited to bring his passion for enhancing the student experience to the EARTH department.
As the Student Services Coordinator he provides:
- intern supervision
- curriculum maintenance
- undergraduate program support
- graduate program support
- classroom scheduling
- event coordination
