About
Chloe is a fourth year PhD candidate working with Dr. Nathan Niemi. Her research focuses on the evolution of orogenic systems as they transition from subduction to continental collision to collapse. She have two projects, one in the Greater Caucasus range of Georgia, and one in the Salt River Range of Wyoming - two great ranges for studying the scope of these mountain building processes. She's also passionate about geologic mapping and teaching field geology. When Chloe is not thinking about rocks, you can find her climbing them outside or at the local gym!
