My group reconstructs past climate and ocean conditions using geochemical signals preserved in fossil materials. We have ongoing projects looking at many different interesting time periods (end-Cretaceous, PETM, mid-Miocene climatic optimum, Quaternary interglacial intervals) and are always looking to expand to more times/places/topics! I am especially interested in ocean-ice sheet interactions in the past and reconstructing past ocean circulation patterns.
