Peer Advisors
Prospective majors are encouraged to meet with our peer advisors to learn more about the major, its requirements and various opportunities at the department.

Rinna Kim is a Senior studying Communication & Media with minors in UX Design and Business Administration. She is super involved on campus, specifically in a business fraternity, consulting club, and a couple marketing and general business clubs. Though she has enjoyed every COMM class she's taken so far, her favorite has been COMM 305: Advertising Strategy with Professor Greg Braun because it directly relates to her career interests in marketing and advertising. She is happy to help with any questions that you may have or provide any tips!
Erin Segui is a Junior pursuing a double major in Communications & Media and Psychology with a minor in Asian Languages and Culture. Outside of academics, she is on the board for SHEI Magazine and the Filipino-American Student Association and she enjoys thrifting and exploring new cafes. Her favorite communications class she has taken so far is Comm 423, because she was able to explore the impact of modern day media in our everyday lives. Feel free to ask her any questions!
