Technology Services provides creation and support for websites and portal sites (intranet) for LSA departments and units.
All LSA departments, units, and programs can use the service.
Individuals, labs, and classes should use the services we have created for them specifically: sites or courses.
Technology Services offers email support through our help desk via a ticketing system. Email LSATechnologyServices@umich.edu or submit a guided form.
If you are an AEM website editor with training, we provide two in-person open lab sessions per week in Haven Hall room 6501. Open Labs take place Tuesdays 2:00 PM–4:00 PM and Thursdays 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Register for an Open Lab here.
New editors and staff who have not yet completed the training, the AEM Training registration calendar page can be found here.
To request a new departmental website or portal, please submit a ticket to LSATechnologyServices@umich.edu. We will contact you to organize the next steps.
