Service Status: Active

Features

Technology Services provides creation and support for websites and portal sites (intranet) for LSA departments and units.

Who can use this service?

All LSA departments, units, and programs can use the service.

Individuals, labs, and classes should use the services we have created for them specifically: (links)

Support

Technology Services offers email support through our help desk via a ticketing system. Email LSATechnologyServices@umich.edu or submit a guided form.

Additionally, we provide two in-person open lab sessions per week in Haven Hall room 6501. Open Labs take place Tuesdays 2:00 PM–4:00 PM and Thursdays 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Register for an Open Lab here.

Requesting Service

To request a new departmental website or portal, please submit a ticket to LSATechnologyServices@umich.edu. We will contact you to organize the next steps.
