Of approximately 30 U-M Sociology doctoral candidates presenting at the 121st Annual American Sociological Association Meeting, 10 of them are active in the job market! These students include Emma Banchoff, Jeffrey Bilik, Elly Field, Taylor Field Quiroga, Jane Furey, Charles Katulamu, Analidis Ochoa, Shoshana Shapiro, Janet Wang, and Jun Zhou.

U-M Sociology is one of the top sociology programs in the country. Our program’s prevalence within the ASA Meeting is a testament to the work of our faculty and graduate students, as well as the staff supporting them along the way.
