Undergraduate students in Professor Pam Beddor’s capstone seminar on speech perception presented their research on December 9 as part of the Linguistics capstone poster session.
Thirteen students, divided into two groups, presented the following two posters: ”Does Listening while Masked Degrade Perceptual Accuracy of Fricatives?” and “Sensorimotor influence on speech perception in adults: Extension of Bruderer et al. (2015).”
Posters were projected on large screens in separate rooms. Following presentations, students took questions from attendees who participated both in person and on Zoom.
Well done, students!
