Pre-Speech & Hearing Club

The Pre-Speech & Hearing Club is supported and housed by the University of Michigan Department of Linguistics. Students of all majors and disciplines are welcomed.

The Pre-Speech & Hearing Club (PSHC) at the University of Michigan will provide members with resources, information, and opportunities regarding graduate school requirements, related course work, and professional options in the field of speech and hearing sciences. PSHC will strive to be a valuable resource for all students interested in speech and hearing sciences; an academic community that shares knowledge, advice and experiences; and an opportunity for students to hear from and question current professors, advisors, and clinicians within the field.

The Pre-Speech & Hearing Club holds meetings twice a month, and invites guest speakers once a month to share in their area of expertise. The PSHC aims to get members connected not only with students who share in their academic interests, but also with opportunities existing on campus.
