Assistant Professor Huteng Dai was recently invited by Professor Zihe Li, at Peking University in Beijing, China, to give a guest lecture titled “Machine Learning for Linguists”. This lecture introduced basic machine learning methods to students with an interest in linguistic research, but who had no background in math and computer science.
