Macie Robinson

The Department of Linguistics proudly celebrated the achievements of the Class of 2026 on Friday, May 1, 2026. Graduating students were joined by family and friends for a celebratory ceremony honoring their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. Each year, the department selects an outstanding member of the graduating class to serve as commencement speaker, recognizing their contributions both inside and outside the classroom. This year, Macie Robinson was selected by the Undergraduate Committee as the distinguished student speaker. Additionally, several awards were presented honoring academic excellence, service, and the many ways our graduates have enriched the department community.
