Henry Seeger

Dr. Henry Seeger (Ph.D., Purdue University) is a strategic communication researcher, practitioner, and educator with over 15 years of experience teaching and coaching public speaking, public relations, and communication. His program of research is anchored in multi-stakeholder organizing, social issues, and crisis management. Prior to coming to U-M, he worked with the New Carbon Economy Consortium to devise communication strategies to promote carbon sequestration technologies. In the classroom he embodies a skill-focused and learner-centered approach to teaching with an eye towards students’ future academic and professional success.
