Peer Advisor
COMM Peer Advisors serve as student leaders of the COMM undergraduate program and as an important connection between COMM faculty and staff and our COMM students, both current and prospective. Students in the COMM program are interested in a wide variety of academic disciplines and post-graduate fields--they each develop a unique set of academic and professional goals. The cornerstone of COMM Peer Advising is successfully linking everyone together as one in the COMM community. As such, this position is multifaceted.

Content Creator & Social Media Assistant
COMM CCSMs will manage and create engaging content across COMM’s undergraduate website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and weekly newsletter. Responsibilities include keeping program information current, promoting courses and events, creating or sourcing visuals, covering events and interviewing speakers, tailoring content for each platform, and supporting social media analytics with approval from the COMM Undergraduate Program Coordinator.
