Hana Kim

Broadly, I am interested in how people make sense of disaster prevention. I am also interested in how people form attitudes toward climate change and environmental policies in politically polarized media environments. I mostly rely on quantitative methods.

Recently, I've been dissecting how news outlets cover stories about climate disasters, specifically examining how narratives diverge across the political divide.

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, hiking, and lifting weights.
