On February 19, Associate Professor John Barry Ryan delivered the keynote address to Albion College's Civic Engagement Dinner and Discussion event sponsored by Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honors Society.
The event brought together Albion students with representatives from community organizations such as the United Way of Central Michigan, the Calhoun County Public Health Department, and the Albion Economic Development Corporation. The goal was to help increase involvement in local issues while developing actionable steps to solve problems.
