The Residential College has long been a collaborative place. Faculty, professional staff, and students all have a voice in shaping the College through committees, leadership roles, and ongoing conversations about everything from curriculum and academic policy to student life and long-term planning.
That collaborative approach has been part of the RC since its founding and continues to shape the way the College grows and evolves today.
Director
The Residential College is led by a Director appointed by the Dean of the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
As the chief academic and administrative officer of the College, the Director provides strategic leadership for the Residential College, oversees its academic programs and operations, represents the College across the University and beyond, and works closely with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners to advance the RC's mission.
The Director also works collaboratively with faculty governance committees to guide academic planning, curriculum, and the long-term direction of the College.
