Completing General Degree Requirements as a BCN Major

  • Quantitative Reasoning: MAT 131 transfers as STATS 101X which fulfills the QR requirement.  You will not have to take an additional QR courses outside of the requirements for the major.
  • Courses that transfer with the U-M subject PSYCH cannot be used for Area Distribution for BCN and Psychology majors. Therefore Wayne County's PSY 101, 200, 202, 220, 225, 230, 235, 250, 260, 265, 285 or MEH 240 can't be used to fulfill social science or natural science distribution as they are listed on the General Degree Requirement Transfer Guide.
