Liberal arts are incredibly important when it comes to becoming a well-rounded scholar as it allows you to explore different disciplines and utilize various aspects of academia. Liberal arts give you many ways to solve complex problems, as well as diverse perspectives, which are vital in any workplace. My liberal arts matriculation will help me reach my goal of increasing visibility and ease of access to resources for underrepresented groups on campus.
