Luciana provides strategic leadership for cross-functional engagement throughout the Hub and LSA by developing innovative processes and partnerships that enhance the LSA student journey from the moment they step foot on campus to their next venture post graduation.
Luciana is passionate about centering student experience by working to optimize operations and events processes and by ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion models, theory, and best practices inform planning, programming, and priorities as we serve our students.
As a three-time alum of LSA, Luciana believes that the value of liberal arts lies in the process of exploration. As students make decisions about which classes to engage in or which co-curricular programs suit their interests, they also start to make connections between the theories they are learning, the communities they belong to, the needs of our society, and the future world they would like to shape.
