We're proud to offer our digital display to the college. We have (virtually) unlimited placements for content, and can display both images and video, so don’t hesitate to send us your content!
WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
The sign is located on the first floor of the LSA building, just north of the East entrance, near the LSA Opportunity Hub office. This location is prime placement for students passing through and studying and socializing in the collaboration area nearby.
WHEN CAN I SUBMIT AND HOW LONG ARE SIGNS ACTIVE?
You can submit at any time! The display is active all year round.
Approval and display of your signage typically takes five business days, so please submit at least a week before you are wanting it to go live.
Submitted content will be displayed for up to a month. If you want it taken down sooner, there is a date field in the form to specify an end date.
WHO CAN CONTRIBUTE THE FEED?
Any LSA department or unit can submit a sign!
HOW CAN I SUBMIT A SIGN?
Submitting a sign is super straightforward. All you have to do is submit your signage using this form. We’ll review it, and so long as it meets the requirements, we’ll put it on our display!
There are just a couple of requirements your signage must meet in order to be displayed. The sign is horizontally oriented, so content needs to be oriented similarly.
DIGITAL SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS:
There are a few technical specifications that signs must adhere to.
IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Resolution: 3840px x 2160px
- Aspect Ratio: 16:9
- File Size / Type: Max file size is 100MB and many file types are supported (jpg, png)
CONTENT SPECIFICATIONS:
In order to have your sign accepted, you must follow the University's digital signage requirements.
