Linguistics PhD candidate Tamarae Hildebrandt gave a plenary talk at the Minnesota Undergraduate Linguistics Symposium, which was held virtually Saturday, April 17, hosted by Carleton College.
The title of Tamarae’s talk was “Understanding the Implicit and Explicit Measures of Sentence Acceptability.” Tamarae is a 2013 graduate of Carleton College.
The Minnesota Undergraduate Linguistics Symposium is dedicated to promoting the study of linguistics by undergraduates throughout the region by sharing exemplary undergraduate research and fostering a dialogue between students of linguistics and other language-related topics across various institutions.
