Stephen Tyndall Successfully Defends Dissertation
Congratulations to Linguistics PhD candidate Stephen Tyndall, who successfully defended his dissertation, “Computational Phylogeny with Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo: The Case of Indo-European."
Stephen’s doctoral committee included U-M faculty members Sally Thomason (chair), Steve Abney, Bill Baxter, and Ben Fortson. The dissertation defense was held on March 29.
