The English department believes that English is one of the most versatile majors you can choose as an undergraduate at Michigan. We encourage our majors to pursue internship placements that put their skills to work in placements outside the classroom.
The department is able to provide internship funding each year to a small number of English students pursuing summer internships of a kind that draw on their training and experience as English majors.
