Itinerary
4:45 pm to 5:10 pm - Graduates must arrive promptly and check in at registration table.
- Graduate Attire is Cap and Gown
- NO purses, backpacks, totes, etc. will be allowed in the ceremony line or at your seat. Please leave these items in your car or with a family member.
4:45 pm – Ballroom doors open to guests. Guests must remain in their seats during the ceremony.
5:30 pm – Ceremony begins
6:45 pm – Ceremony ends
Further Details
- This is a ticketed event. All guests are required to present a ticket to enter the event. Graduates will receive information on securing tickets for their guests via umich email address. Due to limited seating up to (3) guests per student only (we can not replace tickets if they are lost after being received. Please keep them secure).
- NO helium balloons, glitter, sand (including weights), confetti, confetti cannons, or signs on sticks are permitted in any areas of the University Unions. Flowers are welcome.
- Parking: Please visit the Ann Arbor DDA website for available parking in the city of Ann Arbor.

- In order to make sure your name appears in the program, please Apply to Graduate through Wolverine Access by April 1, 2025.
- RSVP/ticket request form will be sent to students via umich email address. Please continue to check your umich emails for more information and updates.
