The classroom facilities in East Quad can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, serving LSA and RC faculty, students and student groups. RC Academic Services processes requests during business hours. For best availability, please submit your reservation requests 2-3 weeks in advance. See below for a list of available rooms and associated equipment.

Requested Room Not Guaranteed: If your requested rooms are not available, we may reserve a different room with an applicable enrollment cap. Please make sure to check the confirmation email titled "Facility Request - Approved" to see what room was assigned for your reservation.
