East Quadrangle houses many unique facilities under one roof: 850 student residence rooms, two dining halls, a cafe, a theater, an art gallery, lounges, 15 classrooms, faculty offices, and more.

The majority of rooms in East Quad are managed by the Residential College.  They are available to the general university for class and event scheduling on a first-come, first-served basis.

The RC studio spaces cannot be reserved.  The music instruction room (B424) and the green room (B423) may be reserved if approval by the RC music faculty (for B424) or the drama faculty (for B423) is acquired in advance.  If approval is obtained, e-mail to reserve these spaces.

Generally, the RC boardroom (EQ 1807) can only be reserved by RC faculty and staff.  Non-RC departments can also reserve it during normal business hours.  Student and student groups cannot reserve this space unless an RC faculty or staff is in attendance.  To reserve the RC Boardroom, e-mail .

To reserve the music practice rooms or huddle rooms, please input your reservation on the Crestron scheduling system at the entrance of these respective rooms, or on the dry erase calendar on the huddle rooms.

The Residential College does not manage the reservation of the Greene Lounge, or other large common spaces in East Quad.  To reserve the Greene Lounge, please complete the Housing Space Reservation form, found here:
