About
I'm Zandra, a rising senior from Livonia, MI. I am double majoring in Biology and Earth & Environmental Sciences and hope to combine those interests in the future in graduate school. Being a student in UROP gave me the tools and confidence to get involved in research early, which has immensely shaped both my trajectory at Michigan and my dreams for the future. I am so excited to be part of UROP this year to help other students with that experience. Outside of academics, I am passionate about mentorship and civic engagement, so I am involved in programs related to those topics on campus. When I get free time, I love to read (especially classics) and hike to spot great scenery and wildlife.
