About
Growing up in Arlington, Texas, I was always fascinated by how things work, a curiosity that led me to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. While my academic path is rooted in the precision and problem-solving of engineering, my career aspirations are heading in a different direction. I am planning to attend law school after I graduate, with a goal of combining my technical background with legal expertise.
My involvement in a variety of student organizations, including the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), Mexican American Student Association (MASA), and Filipino Global Engineers (FGE), is a cornerstone of my college experience. These organizations have provided a strong sense of community and leadership opportunities. I am also deeply passionate about my work with the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP), which I believe is vital for bringing diverse opportunities to minority students and fostering a more inclusive academic environment.
