Supported by a seed grant from the University of Michigan African Studies Center, UMMAA curator Brian Stewart traveled to Lesotho to assess the feasibility of creating an eco-museum there. With this project, he hopes to preserve Lesotho’s archaeological and cultural heritage as well as increase tourism in order to bring revenue to the highland communities.
