Chinmaya Kausik

I'm a third-year Math PhD student, co-advised by Prof. Ambuj Tewari and Prof. Martin Strauss. I broadly work on the theoretical side of reinforcement learning, statistics and optimization. My current interests lie in RL and bandits with a focus on offline data, partial observability/latent information and non-classical feedback and reward models. I have side projects in denoising, double descent and benign overfitting phenomena.
