Schubert Polynomials Lecture 10: Degeneracy loci and vexillary permutations

We give a (new?) simple formula for a degeneracy locus that characterizes back-stable double Schubert polynomials. Then, we give 10 equivalent conditions for a permutation to be vexillary, one of which is that its Schubert polynomial is a Schur determinant.
