“To be an LSA Study Abroad Scholarship recipient means that I need to take advantage of all the opportunities that I am given while studying abroad. Not every student is fortunate enough to receive a scholarship, so I need to make sure that I do not waste the time I am given to grow as a person and learn about other cultures. It is important as a scholarship recipient to document your travels and understand the unique opportunity given to you. I urge all scholarship recipients to immerse themselves into the country they are traveling to because they will never again be able to have the same experience again in their lives.
