Congratulations to Allegra Ward, University of Michigan archaeology undergraduate, for winning a Pamela J. Mackintosh Undergraduate Research Award for her honors thesis, Woodland Period Log Tombs in the Ohio River Valley. Allegra won second place in the Blue Award category, which is for multi-term projects during the 2019–2020 academic year and includes a $500 prize.
Several Mackintosh awards are given each year by the University of Michigan Library for excellence in library research. The awards are sponsored by the Jabberwocky Literary Agency.
