Why did you choose to transfer to the University of Michigan? I really wanted to be a part of the community Michigan offered. University is about more than just a degree and U-M really lives that!
Based on your personal experience, what is the one thing you want to tell new transfer students? This is scary and thats okay! Finding your place will come if you put yourself out there.
How did you make friends and meet other students on campus? I’m a part of Amazin’ Blue, the acapella group, and it has been a really good way to meet other people who have the same interests as me.
What is your favorite part about being an LSA transfer student? Having such a wide support system in my transfer community!
What do you know now that you wished you knew before transferring to the University of Michigan? You are going to end up exactly where you belong and you should trust your instincts!
Why did you choose your specific major(s)? Communications is a major that I can do a lot with! I wanted the opportunity to learn about the diverse array of media and so far it has been great.
