There will be no weekend building access and therefore
no in-person on-campus weekend events in LSA spaces
for Fall Term.
At this time we are recommending that
most events be moved online.
We are exploring possibilities of potentially having a very small number of classrooms that could potentially be available for some weekday evening activities, but there will be strict guidelines:
The buildings close at 10pm. No events go later than 10pm.
No indoor social gatherings over 10 per the current Governor's Order and no outdoor social gatherings over 25 per Washtenaw County Health Department.
90 minute maximum
Any events over 90 minutes will require 144 sq ft per person.
Any events where people plan to move around in the room will require 144 sq ft per person.
Absolutely no dancing or physical activities.

Please note that although food is allowed in the classrooms, you are required to clean up and dispose of all trash at the conclusion of your event. There are no open flames or full catered events allowed in classroom spaces.
