LSA provides funding, service, and support for Digital Signs in LSA Buildings. Technology Services and Facilities coordinate to obtain the Digital Signage Service from ITS, as well as manage operational aspects of the service and equipment upgrades. Benefits for college administrators include:

LSA Departmental Administrators partner with LSA Facilities & Technology Services Leaders to request, install, maintain, and retire signs.
Departmental content managers are trained to maintain local content.
Technology Services Instructional Computing staff coordinate sign requests, break/fix incidents, and equipment upgrades. They partner with audio visual engineering and ITS Digital Signage Service experts for complex equipment or system troubleshooting.
Facilities Managers annually confirm all college signs are needed and up to date departmental administrators, content managers, and location information is accurate.
Technology Services submits an annual budget request to fund digital signage monthly software charges and regular upgrade cycles for sign computers (~4 year replacement cycle) and monitors (~6 year replacement cycle). This budget includes funds to add four new signs annually on a first come, first serve basis.
Signs run standard ITS Digital Signage software and are built to standard technical specifications for consistency and ease of support.

Digital Signage is an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday supported service.
Break / fix support is not available after hours.
Response time for sign outages is typically 1-2 business days.
Replacement time for non-functional equipment can be 3-5 business days if Technology Services has the appropriate equipment on hand, or 2-4 weeks if equipment needs to be ordered, configured, and installed.
Installations can take 3-6 months for location approval by Facilities, equipment procurement, coordination of network / power installations, and installation of signage.
