User Settings

In the User Settings, there are several areas you can personalize to your liking. We’ll cover a few of them here that will enhance your overall user experience.

To open the User Settings, click on your name in the bottom right corner.
Select User Settings from the menu that appears
Scroll down to find the Workplace Preferences section
Here you can select the screen you prefer to see when you log into Robin. The Schedule page is the default homepage to view your meetings and see who's in, but you can change it to the Map to select spaces and desks for quick bookings.

Changing Default Location

Under Schedule, you can change your Preferred Office. This will be your default building location that displays when opening the interactive map and when booking spaces on the Workweek page.

You can also edit your status in the Schedule section. Your schedule is synced with your Google Calendar, and will be automatically updated for the appropriate days when you reserve a desk. You can also change your working status from the Schedule page.
