Welcome to our new self-scheduling work space tool, Robin! LSA Technology Services has chosen this software as the new room and hotel desk reservation platform for our spaces. With this tool, you can self-reserve and manage your own bookings for spaces and desks. Some spaces may still require approval by your department’s admin.
In the tool, you’ll be able to reserve a conference room or huddle room directly from your Google Calendar, view your calendar through the Robin platform, book desks and spaces with interactive maps, and book a desk on-the-go through the mobile app using a QR code (if your department has those available). Last one will be about setting a work location (this can be changed later in User Settings)
You should be taken to the floor plan of your selected location.
There will also be a pop-up for choosing your Robin Homepage. This tells you where to change several User Settings.
When logging in for the first time, you may notice that certain details need to be updated, like your profile icon in the upper right corner or you may need to change your default location. You can change your personal preferences in the User Settings.
