Welcome to our new self-scheduling work space tool, Robin! LSA Technology Services has chosen this software as the new room and hotel desk reservation platform for our spaces. With this tool, you can self-reserve and manage your own bookings for spaces and desks. Some spaces may still require approval by your department’s admin.
In the tool, you’ll be able to reserve a conference room or huddle room directly from your Google Calendar, view your calendar through the Robin platform, book desks and spaces with interactive maps, and book a desk on-the-go through the mobile app using a QR code (if your department has those available).
