The Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment recently observed definitely the mixing angle theta_13 with a statistical significance of 5.2 sigma. I will describe the concept of the experiment, the detector construction and data analysis. The unexpected large theta_13 allow us to build new experiments for neutrino mass hierarchy and CP phase. I will describe the concept of JUNO reactor neutrino experiment for mass hierarchy and a new idea of neutrino beam for CP phase.
