I will talk about a general scheme for creating a metastable vacuum in supersymmetric gauge theories. As an example, I will show SUSY breaking vacua in Seiberg-Witten theory and Wess-Zumino model. By using the formalism, I will show a very simple direct-type gauge mediation model.
