In addition to the LSA Internship Scholarship, there are many sources within and outside of U-M to fund your professional opportunities. Many of these are specific to your affiliations and interests. A good general strategy for finding funding you are eligible for is to check into your major or minor department, other University affiliations, or external sources such as industry-specific professional associations.
