Student Experience Research & Programming
About
In my role with the LSA Opportunity Hub, I support students as they navigate career exploration, professional development, and the often-uncertain process of figuring out what comes after college. As a nontraditional student myself, I bring a perspective that recognizes there is no single path through college or into a meaningful career. I hope to help students see the value in their experiences, identify possibilities they may not have considered, and feel more confident moving forward.
I believe in the liberal arts because they teach us not simply what to think, but how to question, connect, and understand the world from perspectives beyond our own. My education has strengthened my commitment to advocacy and social change while showing me that unconventional paths can be valuable ones. As I continue into the University of Michigan’s MSW program, I hope to combine sociology, social work, and my professional experiences to create meaningful change for others.
