I appreciate that the Hub strives to meet every student where they are and celebrates the diverse range of identities, goals, and needs among the LSA student body.
As a freshman in high school, I had no idea what I wanted to major in, let alone what career would be right for me. I came to U-M undeclared, but by taking a broad range of classes in my first year, I discovered my interest in economics. The opportunity a liberal arts education provides to explore many different subject areas is what has led me to where I am today.
My advice for students is to be as involved as possible. U-M offers once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to meet incredible people, explore your passions, and grow as an individual. Embrace it and go blue!
