Dear Friends and Supporters of the LSA Opportunity Hub,

As I reflect on the last five years, I am filled with deep gratitude for the opportunity to lead the LSA Opportunity Hub from July 2024 and for the shared commitment of our partners, supporters, and campus community. Since releasing our first Impact Report five years ago, the Hub has continued to evolve into a truly transformative resource for our students, strengthening the bridge between a liberal arts and sciences education and meaningful career pathways.

When I joined in 2021 as the inaugural Director of Employer Engagement, the Hub was transitioning back to in-person operations, and the excitement to engage with students post-pandemic was palpable! Since then, we have focused on scaling our efforts and expanding our reach to students. Our employer engagement programming has grown significantly, deepening relationships with organizations that believe in the power of liberal arts talent and seek to harness it in the workplace.
