Daniel Wu, a student in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Graham Scholar, was recently awarded the prestigious Udall Scholarship for sustainability. His experience includes work as a researcher in the Environmental Spatial Analysis lab, as a Planet Blue Student Leader, and as a zero waste coordinator with the Student Sustainability Initiative. Wu is the fourth student from the University of Michigan to receive the award, and the first since 2012.

A second LSA student and Graham Scholar, Rachel Beglin, was named an Honorable Mention for the Udall Scholarship. She is an environment major.
