The LSA Research Office is committed to fostering an environment that encourages, nurtures and promotes research within the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
The LSA Research Office works collaboratively with university and external partners to offer creative solutions to reduce barriers to research and to amplify the research impact. In conjunction with the Finance team, we provide comprehensive research proposal support to researchers which includes research development, strategic guidance, and research compliance.
Specifically, the LSA Research Office offers the following services to all LSA faculty:
- Funding Search & Consultations
- Proposal Management
- Broader Impacts Support
- Proposal Review & Editing
Additonal areas of support:
- Assist with navigating SciENcv for NIH, NSF, and IES biosketches
- Assist in creating and editing a Michigan Research Experts profile
- Connect faculty to resources at the library for depositing manuscripts
- Provide support for converting manuscripts to PDF/A for depositing into sponsor platforms
