About
Lori Gould serves as the LSA Curriculum Services Coordinator for the Division of Undergraduate Education. In this role, she provides administrative support to the Applied Liberal Arts (ALA) and University Courses (UC) curriculum and assists Intergroup Relations (IGR) and the Center for Global and Intercultural Study (CGIS) with maintaining their curricular offerings. She also serves on the Race and Ethnicity Requirement Subcommittee and is the first point of contact for questions and submitting applications to meet the requirement. She assists departments in setting up and monitoring First-Year Seminars and tagging courses that qualify for mini course credit or the Upper-Level Writing Requirement (ULWR). Lori regularly provides guidance and training to undergraduate student services staff by conducting new staff orientation and training sessions, as well as leading LUGS, the meetings associated with the College’s community of practice for undergraduate and curriculum professionals.
Lori began at the University of Michigan in 2004 and joined the Division of Undergraduate Education’s Curriculum Office in 2009. Lori has proudly served as the Staff Advisor for the University of Michigan Gilbert and Sullivan Society since 2015.
